  • Pray for a couple who recently accepted God’s gift of salvation. Seven other names are listed in their report who are very interested in accepting Christ but have yet to make the decision.

  • They will be going to language school in January. Pray for the scheduling of meetings between the semesters of language school

Joy Akkermann

  • Baptist Mid-Missions headed to the jungles of Peru
  • She had a 2-week trip to the jungle and returned eager to go on another visit this month. She has found a place to live next door to her co-workers.

  • They have resigned from ABWE. Now with Village Missions.
  • There are 17 Village Missions churches across the U.S. that need a pastor.
  • By next summer, the Campbell family hopes to be ministering in one of these churches. Prayers needed!

Mark, Anahi, and Sophia Self

  • Church planters/Serving in Argentina
  • Summer approaches even as Mark prepares for a second visit from members of his sending Church to come help with still more construction on the Church building.
  • God continually provides funds at the time of need!
  • The building project has brought inquiries about the Church and new attenders at the Bible studies!

Rick and Elaine Fessel

  • Assisting the German Missionaries in Eichstatt, Germany (BMM)
  • Continue to pray for the possibility of a Bible Study for University students.

Ben and Katie Wooster

  • Their support level is at 81%, and they will soon be involved in the W. Va. Building project.

  • They saw the need and began ministry to college/career on Wednesday nights at the Church in Creston.

  • Serving with Baptist Mid-Missions in Brazil in Church and Seminary teaching.
  • Brazil is the 5th largest country in area and population in the world.
  • Pray for the Brazilians as they send out missionaries to their fellow countrymen.

 

LET’S PRAY, GIVE, AND GO TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND CO-WORKERS! IF WE ARE ALL FAITHFUL IN OUR TASK, THE JOB WILL GET DONE! Pray for FBBC and Seminary students (the Concert Sunday p.m.), Pastor Capon, State GARBC Rep.; the online Bible study for kids at www.iToadU.com ; Shepherd’s; Alpha Women’s Center (needs a Spanish-speaking volunteer); our KJAN Radio Broadcast and our website: www.fbcbrayton.org ; IARBC statewide ministries; Baptist Children’s Home Ministries; and Memorial Christian Hospital in Bangladesh (When funds come in, the matching grant will be released, and Phase II of the construction on the new hospital will begin! OB is having patient overload. Pray earnestly about this difficult problem. – See letter on hall bulletin board for details.). Pray for Israel/the Jews. Pray that we will see those who need the Lord in our own neighborhoods. Patch Clubs and the Youth Compass ministries are meeting weekly. Pray for more willing workers to help out each Wednesday night. Pray families will see the need of boys and girls to hear the Gospel and to grow spiritually through: Sunday School, Children’s Church, as well as the Patch/Compass ministries.
