  • The medicine is seeming to slowly help Virgil’s pain and enables him to be a bit more active as well as to sleep better.

Joan Nichols

  • The great grandson’s surgery went well.
  • The spots on her lungs are some sort of infection. Pray for her medication to help the problem.

  • Molly needs a kidney transplant.

Pat and Bonnie Ryal

  • They are dealing with long-term effects of the chemo drugs the Dr. needed in order to go into remission with the cancer. An irregular heart rhythm is his latest health issue. Pray the Ryals can still be of use to the Lord in Nicaragua and other Latin American areas.

  • Several internationals are working on their written testimonies and plan to be baptized!

  • Pray for the Chadian team as they aim to translate with accuracy. Pray for them as they are learning to use the computer in the work.

  • The construction project is approved. They are getting quotes for building the foundation.
  • Studies in James have been a means to train the men of the Church for leadership.
  • It was good to have James’ brother, David, visit. He has put the house where James and family live on the market. Pray that when it sells suitable housing will be available for James and family!

  • Pray for safety in the areas where the Leonards take the Gospel. There are physical dangers and threats to health.

David and Patti West

  • Gospel Mission of S.A. Pray that their remaining support is forthcoming because the end of language studies is about a month away and using what they have learned is so very necessary!

 Mark and Jennifer Tylavsky

  • Church Planters with CBM.
  • They still need to find a renter for their house her in IA.
  • Settling is out in MD is going as well as can be expected, and they are certain this is where the Lord has called them to serve.
  • Pray they can find a place to rent at a price that fits their budget. They need a garage and would like to have a dog for the family. God is able.
  • Mark has the opportunity to be a chaplain for the local fire department!

  • Baptist Mid-Missions transitioning to the jungles of Peru

  • Visitors have continued to attend the new Church. Pray for several who have shown interest in the Gospel, that they will personally accept it.
  • The police ministry has changed, but praise God for upcoming seminar opportunities with Mark’s father-in-law teaching. He has much experience in law enforcement.

Rick and Elaine Fessel

  • Assisting the German Missionaries in Eichstatt, Germany (BMM)
  • People leaving the cemetery on All Saints Day received calendars with Scripture on them. Four hundred were passed out.
  • The Fessels helped in the Nurnberg evangelistic meetings by having sessions for the children. Pray the Lord will use what adults and children heard to draw people to Himself..

Ben and Katie Wooster

  • CBM Builders. Completing the West Virginia project.
  • They were able to get the trailer!
  • Support level is at 87%.
  • The West Virginia church building is being used. Praise the Lord!

The Hemsworth Family

  • On deputation to serve at Missionary Acres.

LET’S PRAY, GIVE, AND GO TO OUR NEIGHBORS AND CO-WORKERS! IF WE ARE ALL FAITHFUL IN OUR TASK, THE JOB WILL GET DONE! Pray for FBBC and Seminary students as they attend classes. Pastor Capon, State GARBC Rep., the online Bible study for kids atwww.iToadU.com ; Shepherd’s; Alpha Women’s Center; our KJAN Radio Broadcast and our website: www.fbcbrayton.org ; IARBC statewide ministries; Baptist Children’s Home Ministries; and Memorial Christian Hospital in Bangladesh (A crisis is going on there with a violent uprising in Myanmar and Bangladesh causing area hospital facilities to be overstressed. Humanitarian aid is needed! Patients are coming to the Christian Hospital which is already in need of more MD’s and nurses!). Pray for Israel/the Jews. Pray that we will reach those who need the Lord in our own neighborhoods. Patch Clubs are now resuming. Pray that kids can attend Church on Sunday. Pray that families in this area will see the need of boys and girls hearing the Gospel in order to grow spiritually every week through: Sunday School, Children’s Church ministries. Pray for and attend Women’s Bible Study and Men’s Prayer and Project Mornings!
